Family selection starts final confirmation
A formal match exists only after the platform issues its formal confirmation and authorized staff complete any separately authorized manual contact handoff.
Selecting a family alone does not guarantee travel or a stay. After formal matching, the participant and host family independently decide and arrange travel, arrival, hosting, schedules and daily activities.

Participants may withdraw authorization for future display
Participants may request that their approved public matching profile be paused or hidden and may withdraw the public-profile authorization through the available account or privacy contact channels.
Withdrawal stops future display within a reasonable period, subject to technical and legal limits. It does not erase lawful prior processing, necessary audit records or copies already accessed by authorized viewers.
